The Negative Story I Told
At 2 I felt REJECTED. My mother birthed my premature sibling.
At 6 I tasted the FEAR of UNKNOWN.
My parents walked out of our ancestral home in the night.
At 10 I experienced INFERIORITY COMPLEX. My schoolmates body shamed me.
At 14 I was mostly DISLIKED. I had no real friends.
At 19 they asked my fiancé to dump me for I would be PARALYTIC soon.
I had tumbled down the stairs.
At 23 they believed I would LOSE my first born. My pregnancy was complicated.
At 25 I realized I was all ALONE. We had gone nearly BANKRUPT.
At 30 they hated my guts. I had achieved tremendous success in my career.
At 35 I hit severe DEPRESSION.
I slept on the couch dreaming of a holiday to GET AWAY.
The Bitter Impact
I woke up on the bed the next morning and the series of questions reeled in.
How did I get here?
Who sent these messages to my phone contacts asking them to join me on the trip?
Why had they all politely refused to join me?
Was I that lonely?
Why don’t I remember sending these messages?
Are there two minds in me?
The one that was sleeping and the other that was sending these messages?
I found many answers that day. I had experienced Anterograde Amnesia under severe STRESS.
I could remember NOTHING.
When my conscious mind BROKE DOWN,
I had woken up my SUBCONSCIOUS.
It had taken CHARGE.
That day,
sitting in the depths of the DARK ocean of depression,
I knew I could either live and DIE as this version of story… or
I could RESTART

I relived my entire life with the new
MINDSET
The New Perspective of The Old Story
At 0 my arrival as the first grandchild was CELEBRATED.
I was my mother’s BELOVED as I was conceived after a miscarriage.
My father became an ENTREPRENEUR when we left the ancestral home.
I may have been body shamed, but I was PRAISED for my intellect.
With no friends, I EXCELLED at studies.
When I tumbled down the stairs, my fiancé COMMITTED to care for me.
The complications in my pregnancy strengthened my FAITH and I birthed a healthy baby.
Being nearly bankrupt, my heart knew we would SUCCEED and we did.
To be an ACHIEVER in my career, I never harmed anyone.
I had built EMPIRES and grown many confident TEAMS.
The Realization And New Beginning
My PAIN was expressing strongly in my words.
Making it tough to see the REAL INTENT and LOVE behind my actions.
My depression was not WEAKNESS.
I was just tired of being STRONG.
I had to STOP fighting, as there never was a WAR.
Life was VICTORIOUS all along.
All i needed was, a change in PERSPECTIVE.
A flip in MINDSET.
At 40 I began the SECOND INNINGS of life.
I explored, remaining confused. At crossroads between professional and personal WELLNESS.
Not knowing what to HOLD or GIVE UP.
I plunged into the UNKNOWN.
RESTARTED by enrolling myself in one of the TOP management colleges of the WORLD.
Learnt to understand the MIND with 10 different ALTERNATE HEALING modalities.
I began to see LIGHT.
