2. Convert one bad memory with a sense of humor. Remember a dialogue that hurt you most and repeat it in the most hilarious ways. Laughter breaks the proximity with seriousness – HUMOUR
3. Pick up one photograph and try to remember the events around it. All photographs are usually clicked to remember a moment of happiness. You will be surprised how it will make you smile – RELIVING HAPPY MOMENTS
4. Pick up 10 beautiful songs of your liking and start walking with them – at any pace, slow, fast, anything that auto stimulates the happy hormones. You wont realize you have completed your 40-minute walk for the day – FEEL ALIVE
5. Close your eyes and go back into the first memory that comes of your childhood. Watch how you reacted around people. Borrow the simplicity of your reactions and come back into the now. Apply it – MEETING YOUR TRUE SELF
6. Read 10 pages of inspiring books and when you get distracted continue reading LOUD until the distraction fades away – DAILY LEARNING
7. Smile at yourself every single time you are in front of the mirror. And if you can, whisper ‘I love you’ – SELF LOVE
8. Sit with your children for 10 minutes and listen to their stories. They are more inspiring than most award winning inspirational writers – GRATITUDE
9. Every time a bubble of negative thought comes in, practice saying “I am busy and have no time for you.” – POWER OF NO
10. Welcome your partner into the house with a hug and in the conservative moment, just squeeze & hold his palm for a second. It transmits a feel of “I am glad you are back” – VALUING OTHERS
