An emotional void is no better than a black hole. Nothing that goes near it can escape being pulled into it. The black hole has tremendous effect on anything that merely passes by it. Light can never shine or reflect through it. The heat that is generated within it can burn anything in its contact instantly. It represents a fallen star at the end of its life cycle. Whew!
Fill your voids from within. Any collaboration based on a void has only created a bigger void. No creation or growth has been out of a void. No abundance has been a byproduct of lack. Happiness has never stemmed out of deprivation. Love has never been conceived through emptiness. No one in the external world can fill your void unless you learn to fill it from inside out!
The sense of completeness comes when you can identify with everything you do with tolerance and acceptance. So what if you do not measure up? It is time to review, by whose definition of standards are we trying to measure up anyway? Ignoring a void within you leads to filling yourself with toxic addictions like – food, alcohol, success, lust, relationships and so much more. Here is a simple 8 step to avoid a void forever!
1. Identify your addiction.
2. Investigate the emotional void it is filling.
3. Dig into the circumstance that originated this void.
4. Heal the root cause by understanding why it happened & the purpose it served.
5. Cut cords with relationships if necessary.
6. Accept all that happened as your experience in making who you are today.
7. Step up and embrace the person you have grown up to be.
8. Allow the feeling of completeness to radiate in every cell of your body.
